Job Summary:
Delivers exceptional member experiences by maintaining a clean, safe, and well-maintained club environment. Interacts positively and professionally with staff, members, guests, and prospects while ensuring club cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintains accurate records of cleaning and maintenance activities
- Ensures a safe environment by implementing safety policies and procedures
- Performs deep cleaning and disinfecting duties when members are not present
- Utilizes specialized tools to perform deep cleaning and disinfecting tasks
- Assists in general facility maintenance, including painting, changing light bulbs, and unclogging toilets
- Coordinates projects with the General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Facility Technician
- Assists in building a positive member experience through consistent club cleanliness and safety standards
- Follows and adheres to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Effectively communicates in English (verbal and written)
- Lifts and carries up to 45 pounds
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals
- Excellent communication skills, works well under pressure, and displays positive behavior in all member contacts
- Attends and participates in required meetings and trainings
- Willing and able to work flexible shifts, including overnight, weekends, and holidays
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Current CPR certification or ability to pass within 60 days of hire date
