Position Overview:
The Ambulatory Service Center Registered Nurse II (ASC RN II) at NorthBay Health is entrusted with the critical responsibility of providing safe, effective, and high-quality nursing care. This role aligns with the mission and objectives of the ASC, ensuring that patient care is delivered with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patient progress towards health goals.
- Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients and their families.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote health maintenance and restoration.
- Deliver care tailored to the unique physiological, developmental, and psychosocial needs of each patient.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is mandatory.
- Possession of a valid RN license in California.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- ACLS and PALS certifications are required within six months of employment.
- Telemetry certification must be obtained within three months of hire.
Experience Requirements:
- Preferred experience includes six months to one year in acute care or ambulatory surgery settings.
Compensation Details:
- Hourly salary range up to $80.60, commensurate with experience.
- Generous shift differentials available.
- 15% differential offered to eligible Per Diem staff.
