- Minimum 1 year service advisor experience is required, with a proven track record of success and customer satisfaction.
- Develop a thorough understanding of auto repair and maintenance, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques.
- Familiarity with Toyota systems and processes is essential, ensuring seamless integration and efficient service delivery.
- Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Be client-oriented, organized, and attentive to detail, consistently delivering high-quality service and exceeding customer expectations.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction and effective service delivery, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
