Job Responsibilities:
Aiken Technical College is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Clinical Medical Assisting Adjunct Instructor.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Deliver instruction that encompasses both practical and theoretical components.
- Manage classroom activities effectively while fulfilling administrative duties, which may include preparing reports, developing syllabi, and creating lesson plans.
- Ensure that the course is conducted in alignment with the established syllabus.
- Recommend suitable instructional materials and laboratory facilities/equipment for the course.
- Supervise students throughout their learning experience.


Minimum and Additional Requirements:

- Certification as a Medical Assistant is required, along with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Current certification as a CMA through the AAMA or RMA through the AMT is mandatory.
