We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at a popular center city bar/restaurant in Philadelphia. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a unique and exciting beverage program, including craft cocktails, beer, and wine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a specialty craft cocktail list, beer, and wine program
  • Manage liquor inventory, including ordering and inventory control
  • Assist with bartender scheduling and staffing
  • Work closely with local liquor, wine, and beer reps to build relationships and negotiate deals
  • Assist with opening and closing bar/restaurant operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in bar management, with a strong knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

Compensation:

Hourly (based on experience) plus tips, with opportunities for bonuses and paid time off.
