  • Utilize contemporary data analytics tools such as Tableau, DOMO, and R to construct models and dashboards (training provided).
  • Lead initiatives to optimize FP&A processes.
  • Exhibit effective communication and relationship-building skills across all management levels, including accounting, operations, and senior leadership.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business discipline required; MBA or Master's and CPA preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in business finance or accounting.
  • Expertise in accounting and finance, with experience in revenue and pricing analytics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Hyperion Essbase and/or SAP is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to operate effectively under time constraints with a diverse group of internal stakeholders.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset with proven experience in collaborative environments.
