Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Restaurant & Bakery Baker to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you'll be responsible for preparing high-quality bakery items, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bakery Operations: Prepare bakery items according to company policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure high standards of food safety and quality in all bakery items.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the kitchen, walk-ins, and dry storage areas.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Perform all duties to maximize guest satisfaction and quality of work environment as directed by the Kitchen Manager or Manager on Duty.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Extensive standing and walking for up to 8 hours, ability to see at a distance, communicate clearly, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Basic skills such as sanitation, safety, and customer service can be taught through in-house training.
  • Experience: None required.
