Chemsearch FE is a leading provider of specialty maintenance solutions in urban facilities. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Water Treatment Sales Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and servicing existing and new accounts in the greater market. They will work closely with our customers to provide water treatment programs tailored to their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote sales of water treatment products and services to new and existing customers.
  • Provide analysis and feedback of routine preventative maintenance services.
  • Identify and propose additional water treatment opportunities.
  • Determine the condition of system fluids and identify malfunctions.
  • Ensure service calls are accurately reported.
  • Maintain relationships with existing key account business.
  • Serve as sales and technical support for sales teams within assigned product lines.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in water treatment, water hygiene, environmental health and safety, and/or secondary disinfection.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales with a proven successful track record.
  • 75% or more travel requirement.
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and management skills.
  • Proficient with smart technology.
  • Aptitude to learn equipment service and other technical information.
