Responsibilities
As a Full-time Weekend Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for performing skilled nursing visits, coordinating client care, and overseeing the frequency of visits for each episode. You will also serve as the point of contact for all disciplines involved in patient care, consulting with physicians and office staff as needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for accurate OASIS collection, ensuring medication profiles remain current, and reporting lab values to physicians in a timely manner. You will also attend weekly case conferences and monthly case manager meetings.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must be a currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment, with a minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred. You must also demonstrate knowledge and skill in current nursing practice, possess a valid state driver's license, and automobile liability insurance.
