Job Summary

Global Integrated Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in providing mobile medical services to patients in Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego Counties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, prescribing medications, and referring patients to specialists.

Responsibilities:
  • Visit patients at home care facilities, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, board and care facilities, and private homes for assessment and treatment.
  • Conduct physical face-to-face visits with patients to assess their needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Prescribe medications in compliance with established medical protocols and guidelines.
  • Educate patients on preventive care and health safety issues.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Nursing*
  • Professional nurse licensure required
  • Current licensure in State and CPR certification.
  • Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft word, e-mail and EMR systems

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
