General Maintenance Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a General Cleaner at HM Solutions Inc. This is a 1st shift position available, working Monday to Friday from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning and sanitizing tasks in offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen areas.
  • Operate various machines and equipment necessary to complete tasks.
  • Ensure quality work is produced within pre-set time frames.
  • Take initiative in regard to job functions and accept new responsibilities as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with others and provide assistance when required.
  • Use personal protective equipment correctly, such as safety glasses and vinyl gloves.

Requirements:

  • Must have a strong understanding of job duties and be willing to learn new tasks.
  • Must be able to lift and move heavy trash (up to 60 pounds) and perform other physically demanding tasks.
  • Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Must have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
