Compensation and Benefits:
  • Sign-On Bonus: Eligible candidates may receive a bonus paid in two installments, contingent upon employment duration.
  • Tool Allowance: After a specified period of employment, employees may be reimbursed for a one-time purchase of work tools, subject to conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to and promote all safety protocols, ensuring all incidents are reported to uphold our primary value of safety.
  • Diagnose and rectify issues with both small and large construction machinery, whether on-site or in the field.
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance on fleet vehicles and equipment.
  • Perform minor welding tasks as required.
  • Accurately complete daily work orders and submit approved parts requests.
  • Carry out field service repairs as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Execute additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of five years of experience with large and small construction equipment is required.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a flexible schedule.
  • Possession of personal tools and a valid driver's license; CDL is advantageous.
  • Adaptability to changing work schedules.
