Job Description
Mersino Dewatering LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Scheduler to join our team in Davison, MI. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in planning, forecasting, and scheduling units to optimize efficiency and meet customer expectations.

About the Role
This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for determining production lead times, processing customer orders, maintaining production orders and dates, conducting routine production meetings, monitoring orders for missing parts, and planning and maintaining forecasts and labor needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement plans to optimize production efficiency and meet customer demands
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production processes
- Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in production planning or scheduling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and flexible schedule requirements

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on location and experience.
