About the Role:

The Operations Director is a key position responsible for driving the continuous improvement of processes and systems in support of strategic and policy deployment objectives. This role will oversee multiple production areas and distribution, ensuring the efficient use of resources and the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily progress in assigned areas, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives

• Mentor and manage supervisors, professional staff, and production associates, fostering a culture of collaboration and development

• Develop and implement process improvements to achieve KPI goals for safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and engagement, leveraging lean manufacturing tools and methodologies

• Collaborate with other managers to achieve overall goals, utilizing shared resources and expertise

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field, or relevant experience in lieu of degree

• 5-10 years of experience in direct supervisory roles, including success collaborating cross-functionally across levels

• Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams, driving business results and employee growth

• Proven experience and knowledge of various manufacturing and distribution processes, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency

• Demonstrated proficiency in time and project management, with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment

• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or six-sigma, with a passion for continuous improvement

Compensation:

The compensation range for this role is $120,300 - $155,000 USD per year, with bonus pay eligibility.
