Job Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled Physical Therapist to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a SNF and be able to provide high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Washington
- At least 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
