Senior Meat Cutter

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Meat Cutter to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will play a critical role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences in the meat department.

• Be a Team Player: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, communicate effectively, and develop interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service.
• Be an Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of various meat products, equipment usage, and backroom operations to provide high-quality meat products to customers.
• Be a Business Analyst: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop strategies to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
• Be a Customer Advocate: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Be a Process Improvement Specialist: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

• 6 months' experience working in a fresh production department.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
