Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist - Rehabilitation Specialist

St. Luke's Health System is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Meridian, Idaho.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide exceptional patient-centered care in our acute care setting. As a Rehabilitation Specialist, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to promote quality rehabilitation care and support our patients in achieving their goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide rehabilitation consultation to staff therapists, nurses, medical staff, and other interdisciplinary colleagues.
  • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Accredited Program in Speech Language Pathology in alignment with licensure requirements.
  • 3 years of experience in acute care speech language pathology.
  • Valid license to practice speech therapy in the state of Idaho.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
