Boyd Machine Co. Inc., a well-established family-operated CNC machining facility, is currently in search of a meticulous and skilled CNC Finishing Specialist. This role is essential for executing tasks such as graining, honing, assembling, cleaning components, performing inspections, applying finishes, and operating machinery, including laser equipment, while adhering to daily production goals and executing manual tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Component Finishing: Demonstrate expertise in graining, honing, assembling, and cleaning components to achieve superior finishes and facilitate smooth assembly.
- Quality Inspections: Conduct comprehensive inspections utilizing visual and measurement tools to ensure the quality and accuracy of finished components.
- Final Touches: Apply a variety of finishes, including paint, to components in accordance with specifications and quality standards.
- Machine Operation: Operate machinery, including laser systems, to carry out finishing tasks and support production efforts.
- Production Goals: Achieve established daily production targets to ensure timely job completion and maintain an efficient workflow.
