Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Services Associate. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable stay with us.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure that all guests are checked in and out efficiently, and that their rooms are clean and ready for occupancy.
  • Assist with daily maintenance of room inventory status to achieve optimal levels of revenue while maintaining high levels of guest expectations.
  • Supervise the activities and service levels of the bell staff to ensure that the arrival, departure, and all other guest contact are conducted in an efficient and friendly manner.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
