  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, receiving, or inventory management.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Eagerness to learn about and safely operate facility equipment.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Physical ability to climb, squat, bend, twist, kneel, and stand for extended periods, with the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be at least 21 years old and eligible to register with the state's cannabis commission as an agent.
  • Compliance with all industry-related laws, regulations, and policies is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience in a regulated production environment (food, beverage, consumer packaged goods, etc.) is preferred.
  • Proficiency with pallet jacks is preferred.
Physical and Mental Requirements

This role requires the employee to frequently remain in a stationary position, move and position oneself, communicate effectively, and operate various tools and equipment. The employee must occasionally lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds and be able to stand for the majority of the workday. Comfort with heights is necessary, as the employee may need to use ladders to access equipment up to 25 feet high. The role may involve exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and natural elements such as pollen and dust. Specific vision abilities required include close observation and the ability to adjust focus.
