The Nurse Practitioner position at MCHS Family of Services provides essential medical and health services to individuals aged 18-25 at our facilities. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality care and treatment, ensuring the well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Treat injuries and illnesses, administer medications, and monitor patients
  • Review and monitor staff medication documentation, consult with staff to assess and implement patient care plans
  • Ensure ongoing health care, identify problems, and provide care or referrals to prevent serious health issues
  • Coordinate medical services, policies, and programs, order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab work
Requirements:
  • RN License, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), and NP-focused graduate degree
  • Experience in human services or social services, particularly with homeless populations
  • Nurse Practitioner experience, certified in AED/CPR and First Aid
