We seek a talented mixologist who not only excels in crafting exquisite drinks while adhering to recipes but also brings a lively personality to the environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with the restaurant's standard drink recipes.
  • Process guest payments, handle credit card transactions, and provide change when necessary.
  • Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with age restrictions for alcohol purchases.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.
  • Balance cash receipts accurately.
  • Record drink orders promptly and accurately in the register system.
  • Manage guest consumption responsibly by encouraging moderation and arranging transportation for intoxicated patrons.
  • Restock the bar with beer, wine, liquor, and necessary supplies such as ice and glassware.
  • Present drink menus, offer recommendations, and address inquiries regarding beverages.
  • Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons at the bar.
  • Maintain cleanliness in bar areas, including counters and tables.
  • Prepare garnishes and snacks for guests seated at the bar.
  • Handle disruptive guests appropriately, ensuring a pleasant environment for all.
  • Organize and display bottles and glasses attractively to enhance drink preparation and promotion.
  • Ensure cleanliness in all bar areas, including storage and service areas.
  • Recognize and remember the names of regular patrons.
  • Assist in the replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to management.
  • Participate in scheduled employee meetings and contribute suggestions for improvement.
  • Collaborate with fellow staff to meet guest needs and support restaurant operations.
  • Provide assistance to colleagues as needed to maintain service standards.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Oversee the operations of a cocktail lounge or bar.
  • Order or requisition liquor and supplies as needed.
  • Supervise the activities of bar staff and other mixologists.
  • Design bar menus.
  • Prepare appetizers such as pickles, cheese, and cold cuts.
  • Develop unique drink recipes.
  • Offer guests information about local attractions and provide directions.
Required Skills and Equipment
