Position Details:
Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts
Job Schedule: Part time
Weekly Hours: 24.00
Salary Range: $24.00 per hour
Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 for new hires

- Day: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Evening: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
- Night: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- 12 Hour Shifts (Rotating Not Required): 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
We offer Full Time, Part Time, and PRN shifts.
Sign-On Bonus for Certified Candidates:
- $5,000 for Full-Time Hours
- $2,000 for Part-Time Hours

Position Summary:
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides essential care to residents in long-term care settings. Responsibilities include delivering resident-centered nursing care and assisting with daily living activities under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering age-appropriate care tailored to residents' physical and psychological needs.
- Assisting with basic health care needs, including bathing, grooming, and vital sign monitoring.
- Supporting residents with mobility and daily activities using appropriate techniques.
- Facilitating a positive dining experience by assisting with meals and snacks.
- Documenting resident interactions and care outcomes, and communicating changes to the nursing staff.
- Participating in wellness and recreational programs to encourage resident engagement.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum age of 16.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required within four months of employment.
- Prior experience in long-term care is preferred.
- Completion of annual competency testing and continuing education credits is required.
