About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Seasonal Store Associate to join our team at Fabletics. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embody our brand culture and values, providing customers with a personalized shopping experience.
  • Engage customers in new and meaningful ways, sharing knowledge about our products and services.
  • Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
  • Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain store merchandising guidelines to create an easy-to-shop environment.
  • Participate in providing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
  • Meet and exceed store objectives in performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
  • Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
  • Unpack inventory boxes as required, which may weigh up to 30 pounds.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a retail environment.
  • Knowledge of active lifestyle choices, such as yoga, cycling, and nutrition.
  • Ability to interact with customers, employees, and business partners in a professional manner.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
  • Self-motivated, good communicator, and able to multitask.
  • Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
  • Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours, with occasional stooping, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
