Job Title: Cabin Attendant

Visa Europe is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cabin Attendant to join our team. As a Cabin Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate in a safe and efficient manner while in compliance with all applicable regulations, rules, directives, and company procedures.
  • Understand and implement safety procedures, including passenger safety briefings and emergency response plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our passengers.
  • Participate in the aircraft provisions stock and expiration process, ensuring the highest levels of safety and service.
  • Assist passengers with special requests and ensure their needs are met throughout the flight.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in aviation-related work, preferably as a Cabin Attendant.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact comfortably with senior-level executives.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and extended periods away from home.
  • Compliance with Visa Europe's COVID-19 corporate policy.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience as CFR 91/135/121 Cabin Crew.
  • Successful completion of Cabin Attendant training in the last 12 months.
  • Possession of knowledge and training in aircraft safety procedures and the use of aircraft safety equipment.
Additional Information:

This position requires the incumbent to travel for work 50% of the time. The incumbent must be able to lift equipment above the head with weights ranging up to 50 pounds.
