Job Summary:

We are looking for a registered nurse with experience in intensive care to provide high-quality patient care in a team-based environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in the intensive care unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Oklahoma.
  • 2+ years of experience in intensive care nursing.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
