Job Title: Nurse Manager of Neuroscience

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager of Neuroscience to join our team at Methodist Hospital Stone Oak. As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care in our Neuroscience department.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide patient care in the Neuroscience department.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient care outcomes and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Recruit, train, and develop nursing staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
  • Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred
  • Current license to practice professional registered nursing in the state of Texas
