Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Owings Mills, MD. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with our multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the success of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct one-on-one evaluations with patients, focusing on their individual needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to promote patient recovery and well-being.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as front desk duties and documentation.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Experience working in outpatient orthopedic settings, preferably with 12 patients per day.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $50-$70, based on discipline and location, with a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week for 13 weeks. Additionally, you can expect:
