Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in maintenance operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing a team of maintenance professionals.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance budget.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
