Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice Caregiver to join our team at Adoration Home Health and Hospice. As a Hospice Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to patients and their families in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care and support to patients and their families in their homes
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for patients
- Assist with ambulation and exercise as instructed by the hospice nurse or therapist
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the case manager

Requirements
- Meets the training requirements of the State
- Completed a minimum of seventy five hours of classroom and supervised practical training Sixteen hours of classroom must be completed prior to a mandatory sixteen hours of practical training
- Minimum of six months experience including providing personal care
- At least eighteen years of age
