We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dental Hygiene Specialist to join our team at Franklin Dental & Braces, a Benevis company. As a key member of our dental care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

As a Dental Hygiene Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from children to adults, and help them achieve optimal oral health. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us maintain the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver direct dental care and associated services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist
- Provide general support to the office, including assisting with administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records
- Assess the dental condition and needs of patients and review their medical history
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including:
