Garden Maintenance Specialist

Dear Garden Associates, Inc. is a well-established landscape company in Bucks County, PA seeking a skilled Maintenance Foreperson to join its team.

We are a residential design/build firm responsible for maintaining detailed gardens in Eastern PA and NJ. The Maintenance Team handles all aspects of garden maintenance, from spring cleanups to pruning and shearing, installing and caring for vegetable gardens, and planting containers and seasonal bedding.

We are looking for long-term employees who are passionate about caring for plants and gardens, as well as providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be able to foster healthy, professional relationships with clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities

• 3+ years of experience in garden maintenance and a willingness to learn and collaborate with other team members
• Valid driver's license
• Working knowledge of plants, focusing on trees, shrubs, and perennials in hardiness zones 6 and 7
• Ability to work efficiently, manage time allocated for projects, and work well with the team
• Physical ability to perform tasks necessary to maintain a garden
• Excellent work ethic and positive attitude
• Effective communication with clients and supervisors regarding special requests, problems, and daily paperwork
