Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Woodworker and Decor Specialist to join our team at SEEK Careers/Staffing, Inc. in Fond du Lac, WI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cutting, fabrication, and preparation of wood products
  • Producing and assembling half walls, top cap decor, multi-layer decor, and art elements
  • Operating table saws, pin nailers, routers, drills, and cut-off saws as needed
  • Sanding and preparing surfaces for paint and/or staining

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to use a tape measure and apply measurements to processes
  • Initiative and demonstrated ability to accurately complete assigned tasks
  • Ability to operate hand tools such as sanders, hand drills, miter saws, skill saws, various drills, buffers, utility knives, etc.
  • Ability to read basic shop drawings
