Position Overview:
Chipton-Ross is seeking a highly skilled Electrophysics Engineer for a hybrid opportunity in Oklahoma City, OK. This role requires local presence with a mix of remote and onsite work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procedures and plans for various TEMPEST activities across a range of air and space systems.
- Support the EMI/EMC qualification process for products under development.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in creating TEMPEST Control Plans, Test Procedures, and Test Reports.
- Conduct TEMPEST analyses and establish mitigation strategies to ensure system compatibility and security.
- Evaluate design specifications to ensure compliance with TEMPEST standards.
- Lead testing of hardware and software systems in both laboratory and operational environments.
- Manage project tracking and reporting, including generating bids and requirements.
- Review and validate electromagnetic compatibility data from suppliers and partners.
- Conduct analyses and tests related to EMI/EMC, Nuclear Hardening, HIRF/Lightning, RF COSITE, and Antenna Coupling.
- Develop automation for testing aircraft modifications.
- Utilize engineering technology to address complex electromagnetic issues.

Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the defense or aerospace sector.
- Familiarity with MIL-STD-461/464 and/or DO-160 EMI/EMC standards.
- Current Certified TEMPEST Professional - Level I or II certification.
- Minimum of 4 years of TEMPEST experience post-certification.
- Recent involvement in TEMPEST testing and report submissions.
- Knowledge of NSTISSAM TEMPEST/1-92 and CNSSAM TEMPEST/01-02 specifications.
- Proficiency with RF test and measurement tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in related fields (7+ years for Expert Level, 13+ years for Consultant Level, 18+ years for Senior Consultant Level).
- An ABET accredited degree in electrical engineering or higher is preferred.
- iNARTE EMC Engineer Certification.
- Familiarity with digital signal processing and RF grounding principles.
- Hands-on experience with software tools such as MatLab.

Education Requirements:
- A Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry, with extensive related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Schedule:
- Full-time position with first shift hours from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, including the possibility of overtime.

Miscellaneous:
- Candidates will undergo a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
