Physical Security Patrol Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and vigilant Physical Security Patrol Officer to join our team at Leisure Lake Condominium Association.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises by patrolling and monitoring designated areas, identifying potential risks and hazards, and taking prompt action to mitigate any threats.

Responsibilities- Security Patrols: Conduct regular patrols of the premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules and regulations.
- Safety Inspections: Thoroughly examine doors, windows, gates, and other access points to ensure proper function and security.
- Incident Response: Warn violators of premise rules and regulations, apprehend or expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts, and report any facility issues to management.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with staff, patrons, and emergency services as required.
- Experience: Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or related fields is essential.
- Familiarity with Security Equipment: Familiarity with security equipment and technology is desirable.
- Physical Demands: Ability to handle physical workload and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to remain vigilant under pressure.
The successful candidate will be required to work a varied shift pattern, including evenings, nights, and weekends. They will also be required to wear uniform attire and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
CompensationThe salary for this position is estimated to be between $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
