Accomplish the highest standards of game drive excellence for our esteemed guests.

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with our resort's standards of excellence.
• Maintain a deep appreciation and sensitivity towards the environment.
• Regularly capture and submit high-quality images to our marketing department for social media promotion.
• Ensure the vehicle and related equipment are well-maintained and in excellent condition.
• Timely and effectively complete administrative duties.
• Foster a culture of excellence through teamwork and collaboration.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports on safari and fleet department activities.
• Conduct regular training sessions within the department.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Minimum two years of experience in a similar role.
• Holder of a Silver medal from the Kenya Professional and Safari Guides Association (KPSGA).
• Previous experience in the hotel industry, preferably in a resort setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to convey information and ideas clearly.
• Capacity to work well under pressure and stress.
• Must be able to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, and courtesy.
