As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures, working closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures, maintaining a sterile environment and ensuring all necessary equipment is available.
- Prepare and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies, adhering to strict sterile protocols.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- Participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient care, providing emotional support and assistance as needed.
- Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA)
- At least 1 year of experience in a surgical setting, with a focus on vascular experience in hybrid and open surge cases.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive hourly rate: Up to $52/hour
- 13-week contract with a possibility of extension
- 36 hours/week, 7am-7:30pm shift
- Up to $500 signing bonus paid over 5 weeks
