About the OpportunityWe are seeking an exceptional child and adolescent psychiatrist to join our team of five physicians and three licensed clinical psychologists. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with colleagues, and contributing to the growth and development of our program.

Job SummaryThis role involves providing psychiatric services to patients aged 4-18 years, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver holistic care that addresses the physical, emotional, and social needs of our patients.
You will have the opportunity to work in our state-of-the-art facilities, which feature modern equipment and technology. Our hospital campus is conveniently located near downtown Chicago and St. Louis, making it easily accessible by car or public transportation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide psychiatric services to patients aged 4-18 years, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care that addresses the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients
- Contribute to the growth and development of our program through participation in quality improvement initiatives, educational activities, and research projects
