About Us:
Brevard Health Alliance is recognized as a leading medical and dental home, committed to providing quality, accessible, and patient-centered care. We collaborate with local providers to ensure comprehensive service delivery to our patients.
Qualifications:
- Lead Physician for Infectious Disease, collaborating with APRN and per diem physicians to coordinate care for patients with conditions such as HIV, Hepatitis C, Chronic Hepatitis B, STDs, and other acute and chronic diseases.
- Board Certification Required; must see adult patients only.
- Active DEA and BLS Certifications.
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is essential.
- Understanding of 340B, Ryan White, and coordination of HIV services is required.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
