Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) to address students' communication needs.
  • Provide high-quality therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and ensure seamless communication.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress and services provided, adhering to regulatory requirements and company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of New York.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred.
  • Experience in a school setting is highly valued, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
