About the RoleThis is a dynamic opportunity for a skilled nursing professional to provide high-quality care to residents in a supportive environment. As an LVN Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with healthcare teams, and promoting a culture of compassion and respect.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct regular assessments, documenting resident progress and identifying areas for improvement
To be successful in this role, you must possess a current and valid Texas LVN nursing license or a current and valid LVN/LPN license from a Compact Party State.
