• Culinary Knowledge: Memorize, record, and comprehend menu items, abbreviations, plate appearance, and portions to ensure accurate and efficient food preparation.
• Food Safety: Follow standard recipes and special diet orders, adhering to all sanitation and food production codes to ensure a safe and healthy food environment.
• Equipment Operation: Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
