Job Summary:

This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dishroom, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly washed, stored, and sanitized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and break down the dish machine, including arms, screens, and baskets
  • Clean and polish the machine thoroughly, removing any paper and hosing down the interior
  • Check the machine regularly to ensure its correct operation and report any defects immediately
  • Wash and store all dishes, trays, utensils, cups, and small equipment in a proper and sanitary manner
  • Check the water temperature during the dishwashing operation to ensure proper temperature

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in the food service industry or as a dishwasher preferred

Compensation:

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

Annual Range/Hourly Rate: $15.00-$18.00
