ICU Licensed Veterinary Technician Opportunity

Animal Specialty Center (ASC) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our ICU team. As an integral part of our hospital, you'll be at the forefront of providing exceptional care to our hospitalized and ICU patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Comprehensive care for a diverse range of patients, including postoperative surgical patients, internal medicine cases, ICU patients, and those requiring cardiac attention.

Advanced technical skills, including collecting samples, administering medications, and calculating dosages.

Critical thinking and triage of critical cases, monitoring patient vitals, and promptly reporting any changes in status to the attending doctor.

Empathetic communication with clients, educating and updating them on their pet's condition and facilitating smooth patient discharges.
