Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise to design solutions for the TRAC platform
  • Contribute to project intake meetings to generate high-level project estimates
  • Propose project development scope and design solutions, and provide detailed project estimates
  • Guide and mentor junior team members to refine business requirements
  • Help troubleshoot complex application issues and determine root cause
  • Attend internal or external customer meetings to describe application functionality and brainstorm solution options
  • Assist the Implementation Team with the rollout of new functionality on production systems
  • Provide technical assistance to Client Support to evaluate production support tickets
  • May perform design and code reviews for required projects
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 4 years of work-related experience, or Master's degree and 2 years of work-related experience, or 6 years of equivalent work-related experience
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining SaaS applications
  • Working in an agile environment using Scrum
  • A passion for continuous learning and the ability to learn quickly and apply new skills
  • Flexibility and the ability to be proactive, with good problem-solving skills and the capability to find solutions and meet deadlines
