Optometrist Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Optometrist to join our team at LensCrafters in Westlake, OH. As an Associate Optometrist, you will work closely with our experienced doctors to provide high-quality eye care to our patients.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a private practice setting, with the flexibility to negotiate your own schedule and compensation package. You will have the autonomy to care for patients and make decisions about their treatment, with the support of our experienced team.

• Provide high-quality eye care to patients, including comprehensive eye exams and treatment of eye conditions
• Work closely with our experienced doctors to develop and implement treatment plans
• Negotiate your own schedule and compensation package with the Subleasing Doctor
• Have access to a fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment, including the latest digital eye examination technology
• Take advantage of flexible scheduling options, including part-time commitments or the option to add work to an existing practice schedule
