We are seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Instructor of Political Science to teach courses in our department. The successful candidate will have a strong background in political science and the ability to teach a variety of courses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and grade student assignments and papers
  • Prepare and deliver instructional materials, including syllabi, homework assignments, and handouts
  • Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions
  • Compile, administer, and grade examinations
  • Participate in required reporting processes, including grades and participation
  • Assist students in connecting to college resources
Qualifications
  • Master's degree or higher in Political Science, or a related field with 18 graduate credits in Political Science
  • Strong teaching and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff
