Compensation: Union Hourly Rate (non-negotiable): $19.25 per hour. This position is classified as non-exempt, making it eligible for overtime pay.

Position Summary:
The Supply Chain Coordinator II embodies the mission, vision, and values of Northwestern Memorial Healthcare, adhering to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program while complying with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare, issue, deliver, verify, and document linen and medical/surgical supplies provided by the Materials Management department.
2. Distribute supplies and equipment from the storeroom, central sterile processing, and vendor shipments.
3. Label and identify products for proper charging and storage, ensuring authorized access to Clean Utility Rooms across clinical areas.
4. Replenish departmental inventories as directed by management.
5. Maintain accurate counts and supply levels as established.
6. Respond to customer requests for supplies and linen, which may come in various forms including verbal, written, or electronic.
7. Complete tasks from previous shifts to align with departmental schedules.
8. Maintain a clean and organized work area, demonstrating accountability for assigned routes.
9. Conduct routine assessments for expired products and address issues promptly.
10. Take inventory of linen and supplies, placing orders for necessary items through internal or vendor systems.
11. Utilize both manual and automated systems for order placement, activity recording, and issuing credits.
12. Keep accurate logs and records for all operational processes.
13. Rotate through various MSC II assignments for cross-training purposes.
14. Dispense and deliver materials using the tube system elevator, hand tools, or powered equipment.
15. Perform additional related duties as assigned.
