Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in Santee, CA. As a Full-time LVN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to students in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administering G-tube feedings and ensuring proper care.
  • Performing female catheterizations with proficiency and sensitivity.
  • Managing diabetes care, including monitoring blood sugar levels and administering insulin.
  • Providing tracheostomy care, including cleaning and maintaining the trach tube.
  • Collaborating with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to support students' health needs.
  • Documenting and maintaining accurate health records.
  • Responding to health emergencies and providing first aid as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Hold a valid California LVN license.
  • Proficiency in G-tube feedings, female catheterizations, diabetes management, and trach care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience working in a school setting is preferred but not required.
