Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of both exempt and non-exempt personnel responsible for tracking, receiving, stocking, kitting, issuing, shipping, and preserving parts that support various production programs, including chemical management.

Coordinate interdepartmental activities with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Warehousing, Traffic, Procurement, and other relevant departments.

Accountable for achieving direct budget targets, drafting/updating work instructions, providing performance metrics, and recommending improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

As the Global Supply Chain focal point, develop and implement strategies for Global Supply Chain Goods Movement and Logistics operations to meet program affordability targets, schedule performance, and first-time quality objectives.

Lead a team dedicated to supporting all production and testing organizational goals through accurate tracking, receiving, stocking, kitting, issuing parts, shipping, preservation, and chemical management, with a strong emphasis on safety and cost efficiency.

Guide the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance against established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Train and mentor employees in alignment with Northrop Grumman Values.

Collaborate with various programs on projects related to material receipt, storage, issuance, and transportation.

Lead, coordinate, and engage with internal and external customers, including local, state, federal, and international agencies, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements supporting Aeronautics Sector programs.

Direct team activities related to program transportation, storage, and material handling requirements, including significant deliveries and specialty movements concerning transportability.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain management or project management, OR a Master's Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, OR a High School Diploma/Equivalent with a minimum of 9 years of experience in supply chain management or project management.

Must have at least 2 years of experience leading a team, process, or projects.

Prior experience in Supply Chain is required.

An active DoD Secret level clearance is mandatory to apply and commence the role, with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access as determined by the Company to meet its business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and capability to operate company-owned vehicles.

Familiarity with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems.

Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.

Capability to perform desk work and production shop floor responsibilities, including lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 30 pounds.

Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a professional demeanor.

Working knowledge of SAP.

Salary Range:
$90,300 - $135,500


The above salary range serves as a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers various factors when determining base salary offers, including the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions and allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director roles may qualify for Long Term Incentives.
